01Cancelling
- Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may be charged one day’s hire.
- If you do not show up and do not tell us, one day’s hire is charged.
Plans Change.
We understand plans change. Here is how cancelling or changing a booking works.
02Changing your booking
- Call or WhatsApp us to change your dates, car or pick-up place. We confirm the change and any new price.
- Returning the car early does not entitle you to a refund for the unused days.
03Refunds
- Refunds are paid back by the method you paid with, usually within 7 days.
