We collect only what we need to manage your booking and keep our cars safe, and we look after it carefully.

01What we collect

Your name, phone number, email and booking details.
Your next of kin’s name, phone number and relationship to you.
Photos of your driving licence and national ID or passport, which you upload when you book.
If you tap “Notify me” after booking, your phone’s notification address, kept with that booking.

To confirm and manage your booking, contact you, and reach your next of kin in an emergency or if we cannot reach you.
To verify that drivers are licensed, and to protect our cars.
To send the booking updates you asked for (confirmed, cancelled, payment received) to your phone. You can stop them in your phone’s or browser’s settings.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
It keeps a few small items in your browser: your sign-in (if you create an account), your favourite cars, the currency you chose, the light or dark theme if you switch it, that you closed the tip about adding the app to an iPhone’s Home Screen (for two weeks), and your answer to the cookie notice.
If you press Decline on the cookie notice, your favourite cars, currency and theme are not kept between visits. Signing in still works, because the site needs it to show your bookings.
You can clear everything at any time from your browser settings (clear site data).

We count visits to see how the website is used: the pages opened, the website a visitor came from, the country and city, and the kind of device and browser. We also count how often the WhatsApp, call, email and booking buttons are used.
This uses no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser. The counts are anonymous: they are not linked to your name, your booking or your account.

Licence and ID photos are stored privately; only our staff can see them.
We never sell your information or share it with others, except when the law requires it (for example the police after an accident or theft).
